The Corruptor is a heavy flying unit in the Zerg force. It can only attack air, and have bonus damage against massive units. This makes it a great counter to end-game-units like Battlecruisers, Carriers and Brood Lord. It is also required to make Brood Lords. The Corruptor has the ability Corruption, which is a single-target spell causing the target to take an additional 20 % damage.
