The High Templar is a Protoss spell caster without any ordinary attack. Both the Psionic Storm and Feedback are powerful abilites able to take down clustered up units and units with energy. They are usually part of a bigger army, and die quickly if they are focused. Keep them at the back of your army. Often warped into Archons when they are out of energy.
